Article 191. Promotions for work
The employer encourages employees who perform their duties in good faith (appreciated, awarded a prize, awarded a valuable gift, honorary certificate, represented the best in the world). Other types of remuneration of employees for work are determined by a collective agreement or by the rules of internal labour regulations, as well as by the statutes and regulations on discipline. :: The employees may be represented in public awards.
