Article 243. Cases of full liability

The employee shall be liable in full for the damage caused in the following cases: (1) where, under this Code or other federal labour laws, (a) Full liability for damage caused to the employer in the performance of the employee ' s duties; (2) lack of value entrusted to him on the basis of specialty (c) Deliberate damage; (4) damage in the form of alcohol, drugs or other toxic intoxication; ; 5) causing damage as a result of the criminal acts of an employee determined by a court judgement; (6) causing damage as a result of an administrative offence, if found to be appropriate 7. The disclosure of information constituting a secret protected by law (State, service, commercial or other) in the cases provided for in this Code; 8. The liability in full for the damage to the employer may be obsolescence. It is based on an employment contract concluded with the deputy heads of the organization, the chief accountant.
