Article 376. Guarantee of the right to work of employees who are members of an elected trade union body
Termination of an employment contract on the initiative of the employer on the grounds provided for in article 81, paragraph 2, 3 or 5, of the present Code with the head of the elected body of the primary trade union Organizations and their deputies may, for a period of two years after the end of their term of office, be authorized only in accordance with the procedure established by article 374 of the present Code.
