Article 1145: Successions of subsequent rounds

1. If there are no heirs to Release 1, 2 and 3 (Articles 1142-1144), the right to inherit by law shall be conferred upon the heirs of the third, fourth and fifth degree of kinship not relating to the right to inherit.
