Article 732: Information on proposed work provided to the employer

1. The contractor is required to provide the employer with the necessary and reliable information about the proposed work, its type and characteristics, the price and the form of payment, and so on, prior to the conclusion of the contract. e To inform the employer, upon request, of other relevant information relating to the contract and related work. 2. If the employer is not given the opportunity to obtain immediately at the place where the contract is concluded, the information on the work referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall be complied with. it is entitled to claim compensation from the contractor for damages caused by unreasonable avoidance of the conclusion of the contract (art. 445, para. 4).
