Article 310: Homemakers

Homemakers are those who have concluded an employment contract for the performance of work at home with materials and using tools and mechanisms provided by the employer or purchased by a homemaker. A domestic worker may perform work arising from an employment contract with the participation of members of his or her family, and the employment relationship between the family members of the domestic worker and the employer does not arise.
