Article 168. Reimbursement of expenses relating to official travel

In the event of an assignment on official business, the employer is obliged to reimburse the employee: travel costs; rental costs; additional costs of living outside the mass. Workers of other employers are determined by collective agreement or local regulation, unless otherwise specified in this Code, other federal laws and other regulations by negative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
