Article 235. The employer ' s liability for damage to the employee ' s property
The employer who caused damage to the employee ' s property shall make full reparation for the damage; the amount of the damage shall be calculated at the market prices prevailing in the area on the date of compensation. An employee ' s declaration of damages may be made in kind and the employee ' s claim for damages is addressed to the employer. If the employee disagrees with the employer ' s decision or fails to respond within the prescribed time limit, the employee has the right to appeal to the court.
