Article 168.1. Reimbursation of expenses related to the official travel of workers whose work is on the road or traveling journey and to work in the field, slave of an expeditionary nature
Workers with permanent or traveling work and workers working in the field or engaged in expeditionary work The applicant shall reimburse the official travel expenses: travel costs; rental costs of the dwelling; additional costs of living outside the home (daily) Other expenses incurred by employees with the employer ' s permission or knowledge. The number of jobs, occupations and positions of these employees shall be determined by collective agreement, agreements and local regulations. A contract of employment may also set out the additional costs in question.
