232. Obligation of a party to an employment contract to compensate the other party to the contract
A party to an employment contract (employer or employee) that has caused injury to the other party shall make reparation for such damage in accordance with this Code and other federal laws. and the written agreements annexed thereto may specify the liability of the parties to the contract.
