Article 330.1. General provisions
The provisions of this chapter set out the specific features of the regulation of the employment relationship with underground workers, which is referred to in this chapter as employees, specifically concerning: Underground mining, workers engaged in the construction, operation of underground facilities, rescue and rescue work in the said facilities (other than open underground structures) except for workers working in subway operations.
